Floor Plans

Residents of The Liberty Apartments and Townhomes enjoy luxury living with modern styles, private balconies and impressive amenities. You are sure to find the floor plan that is just right for you.

Residents are responsible for the following fees: A non-refundable application fee of $55 is due at the time of applying for home. A non-refundable administrative fee of $150 is due at move in. This community utilizes a Ration Utility Billing Service (RUBS). Residents are responsible for payment of the following utilities: Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer and Trash. A RUBS billing fee of $5.25 per month in addition to the the utilities is required monthly.  

Renters Insurance is required. We have partnered with eRenterPlan to provide affordable coverage, third party policies are also accepted.
